I'm excited to bring you this episode of The LiveFree Investors Podcast, with my good friend, Spencer Hilligoss. Spencer and I were able to meet in person about a year ago out in his home state of California. He had a 13 year career in a leadership roll in the tech and software industries but is now a full-time real estate investor. His company, Madison Investing, helps investors who still earn full time W-2 incomes de-risk the intimidating, scare and occasionally risky private real estate market.

I love his three prong approach to finding the right deals - having a great operator/team, finding the right market, and ensuring the economics of the deal make sense.
