Q: What are the specific benefits of partnering with LiveFree Investments?

A: At LiveFree, we work closely with our clients to find and invest in properties with strong returns based on in place cash flow. Through our extensive pipeline we offer the opportunity for clients to establish a diverse portfolio with minimal to modest volatility, and no correlation to the broader equity and fixed income markets. We operate a large number of value-added multifamily and commercial properties, as well as NNN mixed use properties.

One of our greatest strengths is that our properties are managed in-house by our professional management team. Additionally, we’re brokers as well as investors, which allows us to view off-market deals and regularly network with property owners.

Q: How would you characterize your brokerage approach, and what are the benefits?

A: As brokers, we represent our clients, acting as a fiduciary. Unlike traditional turn-key providers, LiveFree clients own their property from day one, and as a result capture any equity negotiated at the point of purchase. Our clients are given 100% transparency into the rehab process, so they know exactly how their funds are being allocated. We only work with reputable, best-in-class contractors with proven track records.

Q: How does LiveFree help clients with equity syndication?

A: Equity Syndications are an effective way for investors to pool their financial resources with an experienced sponsor to invest in properties and projects much bigger than they could afford or manage on their own. As opposed to a real estate fund or REIT, a syndication allows our clients to pick a specific property, and then have us do the heavy lifting of buying, selling, managing and/or developing the property.

Investors who already own a rental property portfolio may decide to diversify into a syndication deal in order to gain access to better properties, in better markets, with better ROI - all while acting as a passive, limited partner.

Using our extensive network, experience, creativity, and proven track record, we at LiveFree are able to source investment opportunities simply not found web browsing; allowing investors to take part of an asset class otherwise unavailable to them.

Q: What is LiveFree’s approach to consulting work?

Q: Does LiveFree help clients with the selling of their properties?

A: Yes, in some cases, depending on the property’s condition, asking price, and the motive selling, we may purchase a property with no (or little) contingencies.
