How to Finish the Year STRONG

It's December. I love December. Not only because of the implications that it has with my Catholic Faith and the start of Advent which literally means "to come" but also because it is the time of year that I really take for reflection. I like to think about what has worked in my business and personal life, what hasn't and what I could improve. Planning and preparation.

Now don't get it twisted. I don't take the month off. Not even close. This process of reflection, planning, and preparation are in ADDITION to my normal commitment to my most valuable priorities and my profit-producing activities.

Yes, it's grueling. Yes, it's tiring. Yes, you have to use your brain. Yes, you need to get feedback from your trusted mentors and colleagues on if your plan seems solid. Yes, you need to take stock of what you've learned this year so you don't repeat mistakes.

But most importantly: Yes, it's WORTH IT.
