• Capitalization rates for U.S. commercial real estate assets were broadly unchanged in H2 2018.

• Industrial cap rates tightened marginally across all segments.

• Office, multifamily and hotel cap rates were generally stable.

I’ve been a little busy this year getting ready to onboard a new team member. God blessed us with our first daughter, Isabella Mae Freeman on February 8th of this year.
